1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Mumbai city limits.
Orders placed outside Mumbai will not be accepted at this time.

2. Delivery Method

All deliveries are handled exclusively by our own in-house courier team.
We do not rely on third-party courier services.
This ensures safe handling and faster delivery of your products.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Deliveries are typically made within 2–4 business days after processing, depending on your location within Mumbai.
You will be notified by SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free delivery may be available on orders above a certain value, as mentioned on our store from time to time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other issues beyond our control, the order may be returned to us.
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

6. Order Tracking

Since we deliver using our own courier service, tracking details will be communicated directly by our team once your package is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order at the time of delivery.
If there are any issues such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at oswaldryfruits2059@gmail.com with photos and order details.

8. Changes to Delivery Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to improve our delivery process. Any changes will be posted on this page.
