At Oswal DryFruits, we value your trust and take utmost care to deliver fresh and premium-quality products.
As dryfruits are perishable items, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining hygiene and product integrity.
Due to the perishable nature of dryfruits, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package is opened or tampered with.
Returns/refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
You received a wrong item.
The product was damaged in transit.
There is a clear quality issue at the time of delivery.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email at oswaldryfruits2059@gmail.com or WhatsApp/phone.
Provide the following:
Order number
Photo/video evidence of the issue
Brief description of the problem
Once we verify your complaint:
Replacement: If stock is available, we will deliver a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund: If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We cannot accept return/refund requests in these cases:
Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Packages that are opened, used, or partially consumed (unless the issue is proven).
Minor variations in size, color, or appearance of natural products that do not affect quality.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.
Cash-on-delivery refunds (if applicable) will be made through bank transfer or UPI.
